We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wills and Estates Solicitor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives by providing expert advice and guidance on complex estate matters.

Job Description

As a Wills and Estates Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome. You will need to keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases. Your case-load will involve:

  • Estate Litigation
  • VCAT guardianship
  • Trusts & Superannuation
  • Administrative matters
  • Deceased estates
  • Succession Planning
  • Testator Family Maintenance claims
  • Power of Attorney (PoA) & Enduring Power of Attorney (EPoA)

You will manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail, establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication, and draft relevant legal documents for cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years PQE in Wills and Estates
  • Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases
  • Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively
