Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our team. As a Wills and Estates Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-quality matters, while also expanding into other areas of practice.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to solidify your experience in Wills and Estates Law, working autonomously and closely with an Accredited Specialist Principal Lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years PAE as a Lawyer with strong experience in Wills and Estates law matters.
  • Experience in wills & estates litigation, drafting wills, powers of attorney, claims against deceased estates, guardianship, personal and business succession planning, trusts, probate, grants of representation and superannuation issues and administration of deceased estates.
  • Experience in other practice areas such as property law and commercial law will be well regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced communication skills.
  • Experience with LEAP software and MS Office preferred.
  • General IT skills and competence.
