Structured mentoring, guidance and support by Senior Staff WFH arrangements can be established after probation Novel and Hands-on Work: you won't be stuck doing just research and admin, instead you'll handle your own cases with the team.

Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.
Take on a diverse case-load with work involving:Estate Litigation VCAT guardianship Trusts & Superannuation Administrative matters Deceased estates Succession Planning Testator Family Maintenance claims Po A & EPo A Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
Minimum 6 billable hours per day Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
Requirements: Minimum 4 Years PQE in Wills & Estates Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases.
Ability to prioritize and manage matters effectively.
Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
