This role is an excellent opportunity to work for a global leader in consulting and technology. You will be part of a dynamic team based in Richmond, working on a 6-month temporary contract.

As a Service Desk Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to and managing technical support tickets via calls, logs, and automated systems
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Following change management processes
  • Keeping operational documentation up to date

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and professional
  • Some technical knowledge (L1 skills) – but attitude and communication are key
  • Experience in customer support (retail experience is a bonus)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset

You will have the opportunity to work onsite in a dynamic Richmond office, as part of a professional and supportive team.
