Strategic Salesforce Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead our platform strategy and solution development team. As a trusted advisor, you will drive business outcomes by leveraging the power of Salesforce to deliver innovative solutions that meet our evolving needs.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce expert to join our organisation and make a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing the platform architecture strategy, overseeing the solution design and architecture process, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Lead the Platform Solution Development Team as the direct report manager, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to support their growth and success.
  • Develop and execute the HammondCare Platform Architecture strategy, aligning with the organisation's mission and vision.
  • Ensure processes are in place to optimise the platform for performance, scalability, and security, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Participate in long-term strategic planning and governance committees to shape the future of our organisation.
About You
  • Commitment to engage and align with our organisation's values and mission.
  • Salesforce Certified Solution Architect or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a technical Salesforce role, with leadership/management experience.
