Senior Salesforce Architect Position

This senior role involves developing and implementing platform solutions to support business processes.

  • Serve as a technical lead for the platform development team, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Design and develop Salesforce applications and integrations, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Certified Solution Architect or equivalent with strong leadership and management skills, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Salesforce Certification: Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect desirable.
  • Agile/Scrum qualifications, along with experience with Confluence and Jira applications desirable.

A successful candidate will be able to:

  • Analyse business requirements and develop strategic solutions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver successful features into the platform.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platforms and technologies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
