Our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Lifestyles team. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community. You will be required to travel between clients and work short, split shifts. Successful candidates will have availability for short shifts (up to 2 hours) across weekdays and will be required to travel to different locations to support people with disability living in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assistance with daily living (including personal care)
  • Domestic assistance (support with household chores)
  • Maintain and monitor person-centred plans
  • Documenting and progress note keeping
  • Community access and transport (with the use of your own vehicle)

Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting people with disability
  • Confidence and experience in manual handling and providing personal care
  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Willing to complete basic household chores
  • Passionate about delivering Person-Centred care
