About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our participants, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our participants
  • Facilitate community engagement and social inclusion
  • Assist with transportation and mobility
  • Monitor and report on participant progress and well-being
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a disability support role
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Code of Conduct and guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect participant boundaries
