Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow effectively
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busiest days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages
  • Evaluate every family's photo moment with Santa for quality and memorability
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Motivate and lead others effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team members alike
  • Able to obtain or already hold a Working with Children's Clearance
