The Role:
  • Welcome and engage with families and visitors to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist in capturing special moments with Santa photos, making sure everyone feels included and valued
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building trust with our visitors
  • Process and package photo prints and packages with attention to detail, ensuring each family takes home treasured memories
  • Ensure the highest quality experience for all visitors, from initial welcome to final farewell
