Christmas Experience Team Lead

We're seeking a motivated and organized Christmas Experience Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional visitor experiences and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, including rostering and workflow
  • Provide warm welcomes to families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Drive positivity and energy, even on busiest days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is exceptional
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A natural leader who inspires and supports others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and colleagues alike
  • Ability to obtain or already hold a Working with Children's Clearance
