Pricing and Inventory Manager Job

Overview:

The Pricing and Inventory Manager role is a key position that oversees the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of product pricing and inventory data across the business. This involves ensuring consistent execution of pricing strategies across internal and external systems, as well as managing and creating ERP Master Data for inventory and pricing related fields.

This position requires a high level of initiative, competency, and professionalism, with strong stakeholder relationships and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in pricing, inventory, or operations in a fast-paced, product-based environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all customer and product pricing across systems (ERP, customer portals, and eCommerce avenues)

  • Ensure buyer forecasting templates are accurately collated, distributed, and updated at every requirement

  • Implement pricing changes accurately and within agreed timelines

  • Accountable to the accurate mapping of catalogues and inventory end to end

  • Collaborate with sales, buying, and warehouse teams to resolve inventory/item code mismatches

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Excel skills;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools;
  • Experience using Power Query;
  • High attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities;
  • Experience in FMCG, fresh food, or supply chain businesses;
  • Familiarity with pricing models (tiered, customer-specific, promo).
