About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Support Professional to join our team. As an In-Home Support Professional, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks
  • Assist with personal care, such as showering, toileting, and administering medications
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • A current Australian Driver's License with a reliable vehicle (we cannot accept International licenses or shared/rental vehicles)
  • At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care or a related field
  • Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development

What We Offer

  • Permanent part-time or casual contracts available
  • Hourly rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + superannuation and travel allowance
