Role Overview:

The Agile Coach is a strategic partner for their team, assisting them to deliver outcomes in a fast and sustainable manner by embedding best practices and ensuring adherence to corporate processes and governance.

In our delivery model, each team is a cross-functional autonomous unit with end-to-end responsibility for a specific customer-focused outcome. Within these teams, the Agile Coach role will be a dedicated position shared between two units (1:2 ratio) some exceptions may apply.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage workflow, sequencing, prioritization and velocity of work. Support backlog management. Drive removal of obstacles. Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure team is compliant with appropriate governance and practices

Team level reporting

Managing Roadmap

Communicating and embodying organizational mindsets

Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize work through the backlog, ensuring work is tracked and progressing and that there is an appropriate balance across team members

Coach team to optimize delivery via corporate processes and practices and develop relationships that assist the team in achieving its outcomes

Proactively interact with other stakeholders to effectively manage demands on resources, priority of funding, receipt of deliverables, and alignment of goals and objectives
