Job Opportunity:

The position of Operational Delivery Partner exists to provide strategic support and operational assistance to business units. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to balance hands-on delivery with influence at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with relevant agreements.
  • Partner with leaders to drive engagement, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement learning and development plans tailored to specific business needs.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and proactive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive health and safety initiatives and coordinate return-to-work and injury management processes.
  • Use HR data and reporting to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Champion internal communication and foster a culture aligned to organisational values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in progressive HR roles, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or consultative capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act, and modern awards/enterprise agreements.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or service-led multi-site environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and problem-solving capability.
  • Confident in influencing, coaching, and supporting leaders across departments.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms, LMS tools, and reporting dashboards.
