Overview

TwoScots Recruitment is working with a leading ASX listed company in search of an experienced Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join the Accounts Payable Department. The company offers a flexible working environment and a supportive team culture.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled to their statements in a timely manner.
  • Investigation of issues and variances, ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly with the supplier.
  • Ensuring escalation procedures are followed on a timely manner.
  • Coordinating various other tasks within the accounts payable department.
  • Communicating effectively with various areas of the business.
  • Ensuring that suppliers queries are dealt with promptly.

Requirements

  • Strong reconciliation skills and experience.
  • Experience reconciling supplier statements is essential.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
  • High volume of invoice processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication is essential.
