About the Opportunity

This role promises a fun and varied experience working alongside multiple teams to help deliver our vision. Some key highlights of working with Asahi Beverages in this role will include:

  • Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP): Be an integral part of our reconciliation journey by supporting the development and implementation of Asahi's first RAP. Your insights and efforts will help shape our initiatives and drive meaningful change.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support the coordination of initiatives across the organisation including conducting research and analysis to identify best practice, as well as preparing reports, presentations and communications to provide updates on the progress of multiple initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Journey: Embark on a diverse career path by working across the People & Corporate Affairs team as well as the wider functions of Asahi Beverages. Through the RAP project you will engage in initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, community engagement, and ESG.
  • Networking Opportunities: Exposure to different departments will help you grow your network. You will be dealing with managers, colleagues, and fellow graduates from different backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Personal & Professional Development: We provide you with on-the-job training, projects, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you have a degree and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a difference, please apply.
