As our Manager–People Advisory, you'll report directly to the Head of People Services, utilizing your analytical skills to identify strategic opportunities, challenges, and risks. Your work will involve coaching, advising, and supporting employees and leaders on people management, human resources, and employee relations matters.


This role is the primary escalation point for operational employee relations; enterprise agreement/policy advice, and case management. Working closely with the Employee Relations Manager, you'll develop clear solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.


We're looking for someone who is highly influential, results-driven, and degree qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Alternatively, you may have considerable experience in HR and ER, including partnering and coaching leaders, managing union relationships, and advising on employment legislation.
