We're searching for an experienced Integration Platform Team Lead to oversee a team delivering mission-critical enterprise integration services across cloud and hybrid systems.

In this permanent role, you'll bring a mix of strategic leadership and technical capability to shape integration design, development, and operations. You'll lead a team of developers, manage external vendors, and work closely with platform and delivery teams to support scalable, secure, and high-performing system interfaces across the enterprise.

- Lead integration architecture, design, development, and monitoring activities
- Drive quality, security, performance, and compliance across all integration platforms
- Manage and mentor a team of in-house developers and offshore vendor resources
- Oversee BAU support and project-based delivery across platforms and applications
- Ensure integrations meet RTO/RPO, DR, and security requirements
- Own documentation, standards, and risk mitigation across integration lifecycle
- Work closely with Delivery and Platform Managers to align resourcing and priorities
- Serve as a thought leader across integration strategy and platform improvement

This is: what you'll need

- Proven leadership experience in integration teams within cloud/hybrid enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, Axway, and MuleSoft
- Expertise in integration protocols and design patterns (REST, SOAP, JMS, JSON, XML, etc.)
- Track record of managing BAU and project delivery across multiple integration streams
- Skilled in DevOps practices, configuration management, patching and monitoring (e.g., Splunk)
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to balance technical leadership with people development and vendor performance oversight
- Prior experience working with VANs like SPS Commerce (advantageous)
