Physiotherapist - Transitional Aged Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Transitional Aged Care Program in Bellingen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality clinical services and making a positive impact on the lives of older persons.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing goal-oriented, time-limited services to older persons in their homes, promoting safe and effective community care that reflects current standards of Physiotherapy practices and policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, registration with AHPRA, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team providing home-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physiotherapy services to older persons in their homes, tailored to meet their individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote functional capacity and independence.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
