
Civil Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, including planned and reactive works, of transport assets such as roads, bridges, pathways, drainage, and marine infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Civil Construction Management or equivalent qualification, with extensive experience in supervising civil construction maintenance, including roads, drainage, and marine infrastructure. They will also be confident in implementing Workplace Health and Safety requirements and have sound knowledge of technology and ability to use software programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing maintenance activities in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner
- Ensuring crew compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervising staff and following Council's Values and Code of Conduct
The starting salary for this position is $3,640.74 per fortnight, plus 12% superannuation.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Diploma of Civil Construction Management or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in supervising civil construction maintenance, including roads, drainage, and marine infrastructure
- Sound knowledge of technology and ability to use software programs

This is a permanent full-time role, based from Moruya, with the requirement to work at other depots and various locations across the Shire.
