Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing maintenance activities of transport assets including roads, bridges, pathways, drainage, and marine infrastructure. The role involves ensuring crew compliance with regulatory standards and overseeing staff to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Job Description:

This permanent full-time role is based in Moruya and requires working at various locations across the Shire. The successful candidate will manage and supervise staff, following Council's values and code of conduct, and in compliance with workplace health and safety legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in planning and monitoring resources and activities including budgeting.
  • Sound knowledge in the use of technology and ability to use software programs.
  • Good communications and collaboration skills.
