Capital Works Project Manager Role

This is a permanent, full-time position within the Projects Team.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the capital works program.

  • Overseeing project planning, procurement, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement to support operations and strategic goals.
  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades, renewals, and new infrastructure.
  • Managing project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
About You

You will be a confident and experienced project manager with 5–7 years of success delivering capital works projects.

Your application should highlight your ability to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with councils, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Achieve major infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality program delivery.
Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
