About the Client:

Our client is a leading cleaning services company with a strong focus on providing high-quality cleaning solutions to their clients. They are committed to ensuring their employees have a safe working environment and are looking for an OH&S Supervisor to join their team in Bibra Lake.

About the Role:

The key duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are in place and being followed by all employees
  • Working closely with the management team of clients to identify potential safety hazards and provide recommendations to prevent accidents
  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections in off-site locations
  • Developing safety training programs for all employees
  • Maintaining accurate safety records and documentation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • A minimum qualification of a Cert IV in Work Health and Safety in WA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an OH&S role, preferably within the cleaning services industry but this is not essential
  • Excellent literacy and computer skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage with employees and clients at all levels
  • Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections and be able to identify potential safety hazards
  • Productivity, results-orientation, and the ability to work independently
  • A current driver's license
