About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our maintenance team at our Acacia Ridge facility, ensuring all vehicle maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling maintenance and assigning tasks to technicians.
  • Ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to maximise fleet efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage a team of skilled automotive technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Liaise with the operations team to coordinate vehicle schedules and respond to any urgent maintenance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and costs.

For this role we are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager or senior automotive maintenance professional with strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.

Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar senior automotive maintenance role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
