About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Master Technician to join our team at our service centre in Morayfield.

  • We are seeking someone who can deliver high-quality workmanship and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Performing quality mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  2. Identifying and repairing technical problems
  3. Accurately recording all work performed
  4. Liaising regularly with the Workshop Foreman, Workshop Controller, and Service Manager
  5. Following correct procedures regarding warranty work and parts
  6. Completing works as per Manufacturer Repair Time Guides and Group Standards
  7. Coordinating work with internal customers and suppliers
  8. Coaching and mentoring apprentice team members
  9. Assisting fellow team members with workload
Requirements
  • Trained technician with Master Technician status
  • CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENCE REQUIRED
  • Passionate about the brand
  • Able to work in a busy service centre environment
  • Good eye for detail
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
