Job Description

About This Role
  1. Lead and develop a team of 20-50 members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with senior management to ensure seamless operations, including rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance.
  3. Foster a positive work environment by empowering team members' development through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and career progression opportunities.
  4. Manage financials effectively, including profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators.
  5. Develop and implement local initiatives that engage with the community and promote the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership experience: 6+ years managing teams of 20+ in hospitality or entertainment venues.
  • Proven track record of leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports.
  • Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks and responsibilities.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to empower team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
