The Positions:
  • Front of House
  • Kitchen Hands
  • Bar Attendants
The Person:Front of House
  • Part time position – must be available nights and weekends
  • Must hold RSA
  • Build your hospitality skills while contributing to food and beverage service.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure cleanliness of service and prep areas.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members of the Defence Force.
Kitchen Hand
  • Part time position – must be available nights and weekends
  • Assist with basic food preparation including vegetables and salads.
  • Maintain kitchen, storage and service areas and equipment with a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Uphold company policies and adhere to food safety standards.
Bar Attendant
  • Part time position – must be available nights and weekends
  • Must hold RSA
  • Drive exceptional customer service to a prestigious customer base.
  • Point of sale operation and precise stock taking.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are applied daily.
  • Customer focused – forward facing first point of contact.
