The position of a Manufacturing Operations Manager is vital in overseeing all aspects of plant operations, encompassing production schedules, quality control, and personnel management.

This individual is accountable for managing the day-to-day functions of a manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met on time and within optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily plant operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and other pertinent data
  • Supervise plant personnel, including technicians, engineers, and maintenance workers
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Additional Duties:
  • Maintain optimal condition of plant equipment
  • Prepare reports on plant performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production, inventory, and other relevant data. This will involve working closely with the accounting department to ensure that financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. You will be a strong team player who is able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
