Aboriginal Family Support Coordinator

As a Men's Family Violence Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of facilitators and case managers in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by family violence.
This role requires a strong commitment to culturally grounded and trauma-informed practice, as well as proven experience working in family violence. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting mob on their healing journey and working in a values-driven environment where culture comes first.
About the Role- Lead a team of facilitators and case managers in delivering culturally responsive and trauma-informed programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to support community healing and reduce family violence.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher in a relevant field, although training support is available for those who do not meet this requirement.
