Job Opportunity

Leading a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Team Leaders in Western Australia is a key aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day clinical support, driving quality and performance, reviewing reports, and maintaining employee morale and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct management of Regional Managers in WA
  • Enhancing job satisfaction & morale for Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners in WA
  • Coordinating recruitment & growth across WA
  • Maintaining high standards across the division
  • Managing major customer relationships
  • Liaising with teams to drive growth across the state
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Behaviour Support (desirable)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position within an allied health organisation (desirable)
  • Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences or Criminology
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses
  • Experience using CBT, DBT, person-centred and trauma-informed approaches and behaviour assessments
  • A valid driver's license
