About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our operations in Western Australia. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with proven success in achieving targets, developing high-performance teams, and building strong relationships within the heavy equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations across the Western Australia region, driving business growth and exceeding performance targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing field sales team, ensuring ongoing development and career progression.
  • Implement agreed sales strategies and maintain accountability across the team.
  • Travel regularly to support sales teams, attend client meetings, and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants to provide strategic guidance, problem-solving support, and opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute effective campaigns tailored to the regional market.
  • Maintain a strategic, forward-thinking approach, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure exceptional customer engagement and relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in sales leadership roles within the Heavy Equipment industry (Construction, Transport, Agricultural, or Mining).
  • Strong experience in recruiting, developing, and managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High level of self-motivation, strategic thinking, and time management.
  • Strong technical and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
