Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors.
  • Represent ISS as a professional, responsive, and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of our contracts.
  • Understand and maintain a strong safety culture, adhering to our Zero Harm policy and ensuring compliance with client-specific safety systems and requirements.
  • Deliver proactive and predictive service excellence, anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are reset and stocked, and resolve any equipment issues promptly.
  • Maintain the assigned commercial site/floors as a corporate showcase, reflecting our brand values and excellence.
  • Ensure all relevant process documents, procedures, and listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support and promote client events and activations, fostering engagement and community spirit.
  • Monitor and manage mailboxes, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
  • Facilitate site tours, showcasing our facilities and services with attention to detail and a focus on sustainability.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in hospitality or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional C-suite engagement skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • Solution-focused team player, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Able to provide a clear police check, dated within the last 3 months, and meet other compliance requirements.
