About the Role

We are seeking an experienced graduate speech therapy specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have completed a degree in Speech Pathology and be eligible to work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program including intensive training on client care and case management.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized Australian university.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia, preferably with experience working with adult disability clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
