Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods at our facilities, ensuring seamless execution of our business operations.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and engage with potential suppliers, negotiating contracts that meet our organizational needs while maintaining a strong relationship.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction within our global supply chain network.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery services.
  • Fulfillment and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, managing inventory levels, and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP system and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in healthcare industry and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
