We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill this role.

About the Role

This position will enable the successful delivery of our procure-to-pay (P2P) Workday roll-out, with a focus on supplier and item master data preparation, validation, and migration across our international operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanse, format, and map procurement and supply chain master data from legacy systems into Workday structures.
  • Collaborate with teams across Australia, the UK, the US, and Singapore to gather and validate missing data.
  • Support the creation and readiness of supplier catalogues in line with Workday configuration.
  • Participate in testing, data validation, and go-live support.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data validation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain data and workflows.
  • High attention to detail with a drive for data accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple data streams simultaneously.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations (Workday, SAP, Oracle) – Workday experience highly regarded.
  • Background in supplier onboarding, item data management, or catalogue development.
  • Previous exposure to transport, logistics, or asset-intensive industries is advantageous.
