Job Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will partner directly with the Managing Director to shape and drive our company's growth and success.

You will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple large-scale projects, building and refining systems and processes that support growth, managing risk, ensuring quality outcomes, negotiating with stakeholders, contractors and consultants, and mentoring and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking command of operations across multiple large-scale projects.
  • Building and refining systems, processes, and reporting that support growth.
  • Overseeing budgets, timelines, compliance, and quality outcomes.
  • Negotiating hard with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
  • Mentoring and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10–15 years' experience in development, building, or large-scale construction.
  • A proven record of scaling operations and delivering big projects.
  • Commercial sharpness — you know contracts, budgets, and risk inside out.
  • Hands-on leadership style: you drive performance, not just strategy.
  • Resilience, pace, and hunger to succeed in a high-growth environment.
