Personal Injury Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced plaintiff lawyer with ideally 2-5+ post admission experience to join our National Work and Road team in Dandenong.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work within a team that specialises in Personal Injury Law, predominately a practice of Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident files. Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of a file load
  • Liaising with clients in an empathetic manner
  • Preparing legal correspondence
  • Providing clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice to clients
  • Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will require:

  • Previous experience as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously and satisfactorily
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
