Agri-Finance Partner Engagement Specialist

Cultivate your expertise in agri-finance by driving strategic partnerships for a leading farm management platform. As an Agri-Finance Partner Engagement Specialist, you will develop tailored success plans to enhance partner value and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve mutual growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating comprehensive partnership strategies to maximize partner potential
- Building strong relationships with practice managers and industry experts to foster long-term collaborations
- Designing and delivering onboarding and training programs to boost partner competency
- Monitoring partner performance and identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Agri-business, or Agri-science, complemented by relevant industry experience
- At least 2 years of experience in agri-business or agri-finance, with hands-on experience in the agricultural sector
- Proven skills in client relationship management, SaaS/cloud software, and problem-solving
