
Child Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities within a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals through tailored intervention strategies.
- Conduct assessments to inform the development of therapy plans.
- Provide therapy across various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth, to cater to individual needs.
- Competitive salaries starting at $90,000 + Salary Packaging.
- Fortnightly supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist and opportunities to take on leadership roles.
- Manageable KPIs: Gradually increase your caseload to 25 billable hours a week.
- Work flexibility: Option to work a 9-day fortnight and choose your start and finish times.
- Additional leave benefits: 5 Weeks Annual Leave & 14 Weeks Maternity Leave.
- External PD Allowance: $1000 + 10 days paid professional development leave.
