Job Overview

The Night Auditor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences during late-night hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests throughout the night shift.
  • Efficiently handle late check-ins, early departures, and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform nightly cash reconciliations, generate occupancy and revenue reports, and provide financial insights.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and urgent requests while supporting early-morning event setups and logistical operations.
  • Monitor and restock supplies for minibars, breakfast services, and bar fridges as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Log and communicate maintenance issues, stock levels, and provide clear handover notes for day staff to ensure smooth transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A warm and genuine approach with professionalism as an exceptional host or hostess.
  • Previous experience in front office or reception roles is highly regarded and valued.
  • Availability to work rotating overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM is essential for this position.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred, but strong general computer skills are also desirable.
