Strategic Growth Director

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into signed management agreements, and building strong relationships with referral partners.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced growth-focused environment.
The role requires the candidate to hold a valid QLD Certificate of Registration, a current QLD Driver's Licence, and at least 2 years' experience as a Real Estate BDM. A dynamic approach to CRM maintenance is also essential.
Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong referral partner relationships to drive business growth.
- Represent the company at events and meetups, fostering positive connections with key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough rental appraisals and provide expert advice to landlords.
- Valid QLD Certificate of Registration
