Job Description

We are seeking a creative leader to join our team. As a key member of the digital health insurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive content consistency and quality across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UX content strategy and product content design, with a strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, market forces, and key trends. You will lead a team of content designers who collaborate closely with business sponsors, stakeholders, product managers, and delivery teams to shape and execute product roadmaps.

  • Develop and implement data-driven content strategies across multiple channels, touchpoints, and audiences.
  • Lead the content design practice of resources assigned and embedded across the organization.
  • Provide direction and decisions with confidence, leveraging an innate understanding of customer needs, industry trends, market forces, and key trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years working in UX content strategy and/or product content design.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, writing, journalism, or a similar field.
  • At least 2+ years' experience working in design systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content design systems, content strategy, content modelling, content planning, information architecture, and UX writing.
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring creative teams with a proven ability to drive a collaborative culture.
  • Digital content strategy experiences with proven outcomes.
  • API ecosystems (business, content, platform).
  • Information Architecture design experience (Card Sorting, Tree-testing, Quantitative Analysis).
