Job Overview

The role is designed for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of technical leadership. You will have gained experience in an engineering consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change.

Main Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain a strong reputation for innovation, technical excellence, quality, and project delivery.
  • To assist regions achieve sustainable growth through targeted client relationship management and business development activity.
  • To provide project governance at project director level, ensuring reliable project performance in terms of sophistication, timeliness, and quality.
  • To support functional management, providing leadership to employees to ensure cohesion, optimal performance, resourcing, retention, and professional development.

Requirements

Suitable applicants will have/be:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Expert-level technical knowledge in Road and Highway design.
  • Excellent industry awareness.
  • Superior ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Able to undertake some travel (domestic or international).
