About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our trade marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing, with a strong focus on driving customer engagement and sales.

This exciting opportunity involves planning and executing trade marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and retail activations. As a project manager, you will oversee the delivery of seasonal launches, events, and point-of-sale execution from concept through to installation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, brand, global marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and retail excellence across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project planning and execution for trade marketing campaigns, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and execution.
  • Develop and implement trade incentive programs to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Coordinate product launches, roadshows, and retail activations, ensuring high-impact execution across ANZ.
  • Oversee POS materials, in-store displays, and merchandising solutions to optimize retail experiences.
  • Adapt global marketing toolkits for the local market, aligning them with regional needs and standards.
  • Maintain B2B communications and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with creative agencies and vendors to deliver permanent fixture rollouts and in-store elevations.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and purchase order processing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing (eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG a plus).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills — highly organized and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude.
