Trade Marketing Specialist
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position in our organization that requires robust project management skills to ensure seamless delivery of seasonal launches, events, and point-of-sale execution from concept through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end project delivery of trade marketing campaigns, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution.
- Develop and implement trade incentive programs to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Coordinate product launches, roadshows, and retail activations, ensuring high-impact execution across regions.
- Oversee point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, and merchandising solutions.
- Adapt global marketing toolkits for local markets, ensuring they align with regional needs and standards.
- Maintain business-to-business communications and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and return on investment.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing.
- Strong project management and coordination skills – highly organized and deadline-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude.
