**Role Overview**

As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, sales, and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and ability to forge strong relationships will be key in achieving success.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to promote product offerings and enhance brand presence across various channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management teams to create joint business plans and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions to optimize trade marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in utilizing trade marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
