This role is an integral part of our mission. As a Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely with residents at our aged care home, implementing therapy and lifestyle programs that cater to their unique needs and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapy programs for individual residents and groups
  • Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to adapt activities to residents' level of function
  • Address physical and psychological needs, providing opportunities for meaningful engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll require a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent) and previous experience in a Therapy Assistant position, preferably in an aged care environment.
