Job Title: Personal Carer

At our organisation, we're committed to improving the quality of life for those we serve. As a Personal Carer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
  • Help clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and positioning.
  • Prompt prescribed medication administration and monitor health conditions as directed.
  • Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversation, and participate in activities to enhance the client's quality of life.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a personal care role or similar environment.
  • Certification III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
