This role focuses on enhancing resident wellbeing by delivering a personalised lifestyle experience in our beautiful Margaret River facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather life history profiles to inform individualised lifestyle plans
  • Work closely with residents, families, and the care team to develop tailored programs and activities
  • Design and coordinate group and individual programs to promote participation and engagement
  • Support Therapy and Leisure Partners in adapting programs to resident needs
  • Plan special events and celebrations to enrich the lifestyle offering

About This Role

The Lifestyle Coordinator will work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to develop individualised lifestyle plans that reflect each resident's cultural, spiritual, emotional, and personal interests.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
